Using the methods of

operator theory

all boundedly solvable extensions of the minimal operator generated by some multipoint differential-operator expression of first order in the direct sum of

Hilbert spaces

of vector-functions are described. The obtain results are applied to Hutchinson's model in mathematical biology.
